Operations & Compliance CoordinatorWe are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations & Compliance Coordinator to join our expanding team.This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in accuracy, and enjoys ensuring a seamless process from customer documentation to installation coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesService Reporting: Monitor and upload service reports following call-outs or maintenance visits.Scheduling: Upload and maintain schedules within company systems.Performance Tracking: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure business targets are met.Grant Coordination: Manage and process SEAI customer grant applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.Customer Support: Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the grant and installation process, providing clear communication and excellent support.Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to verify survey details and ensure compliance with SEAI standards.Installation Coordination: Liaise with electricians and installation teams to ensure all paperwork is completed, filed, and compliant.About YouProven experience in office administration or project coordination (experience in the renewable energy or construction sector is a strong advantage).Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM systems is an advantage.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, customer-focused approach.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to €32,****** per yearBenefits:On-site parkingWork Location: In person
