Company DescriptionCastle Group is a leading Irish construction company, specialising in fit-out and high-quality modular solutions since ****.With a reputation for delivering projects that are innovative, efficient, and sustainable, we work across a range of sectors to provide smarter, faster construction outcomes.At Castle Group, we're proud to combine technical expertise with a strong culture of collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement.We don't just build projects - we build partnerships.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, factory-based Graduate Quantity Surveyor role located at our Modular Facility in Raheen, Gort, Co.Galway.The Graduate QS will support our commercial and production teams in managing costs, contracts, and procurement activities within our modular manufacturing operations.You will gain hands-on experience in cost control, tendering, material procurement, and contract administration, working alongside experienced Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers on live modular projects.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and reports.Support the preparation of BOQs, take-offs, and material schedules.Help with procurement, including supplier enquiries and price comparisons.Assist in contract administration and tracking of variations.Collaborate with Project Managers, QSs, and the factory team to ensure efficient delivery.Engage actively in learning, professional development, and process improvement.What You'll Need:A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.MUST be living & eligible to work in Ireland.(Do not apply if you are not currently in Ireland as your application will not be considered)Full, Clean drivers license.Excellent numerical and analytical skills.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Keen attention to detail and a proactive attitude.An interest in modular construction and a passion for innovation.
