Responsibilities:
As an Insurance Consulting graduate, you'll tackle complex, varied projects that combine technical analysis with clear, client-focused communication.
You'll be involved in:
Supporting clients across financial reporting, solvency reporting, capital management and product pricing
Contributing to corporate restructuring and capital projects such as demutualisation, securitisation and M&A
Working with senior leaders to meet business and regulatory requirements
Applying Enterprise Risk Management to help clients manage risks and achieve strategic objectives
Preparing reports and communicating results to Boards and key stakeholders
Conducting analysis and monitoring risks, alongside ad-hoc project work
Collaborating with colleagues across WTW's global network and attending client events
Qualifications
Requirements:

Educated to bachelor's degree level, with a keen interest in pursuing actuarial exams
Well-organised, detail-oriented and accurate
A clear communicator, with strong written and verbal skills and the confidence to ask questions
Resilient under pressure, able to manage deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel
A collaborative team player with a flexible, "can-do" attitude
