The CompanyEZ Living Furniture was founded in Galway in ****.We are a family run Irish retailer operating nationwide, as well as a full online shopping experience offering delivery throughout Ireland.We are the largest independent Furniture Retailer in Ireland employing over 360 people.The PersonAn exciting opportunity has arisen to joinEZ Living Furnitureas aRetail and Logistics Administrator.In this key role, you will provide direct support to both theRetail Operations Managerand theLogistics Operations Manager, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient coordination of our retail and logistics functions across the business.Based in ourHead Office in Galway, the successful candidate will play an integral part in a large, fastpaced operation.If you're looking for a new challenge in a dynamic and growing company, we encourage you to apply today.Key Responsibilities:Operational Support:Assist the Retail & Logistics Operations Managers in implementing, monitoring, and optimising operational processes, policies, and procedures.Communication:Assist the Retail & Logistics Operations Managers with communication to the teams, ensuring clear and timely communication of updates, initiatives, and operational changes.Issue Resolution:Help investigate and resolve operational issues raised by retail or logistics teams, escalating to the Retail or Logistics Operations Manager, or other departments where necessary.Compliance & Standards:Assist in monitoring store and warehouse compliance with operational standards.Reporting:Assist the Retail & Logistics Operations Managers to compile and analyse sales and operational data to support performance tracking, issue identification, and process improvement opportunities.Meeting & Visit Preparation:Assist in the preparation of agendas and documents for meetings and site visits.Collate feedback or action points following visits, meetings, or conference calls.General Operational Support:Be a goto point of contact for routine operational questions from retail or logistics teams.Flag recurring issues or process gaps to the Retail and Logistics Operations Manager for resolution.Skills Required:Extremely organised with great attention to detail is an essential part of this position.Ability to prioritise your time to complete tasks as efficiently as possible.Good general computer skills - training will be provided on our IT systems.Reliability and commitment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.Comfortable working in a fastpaced, dynamic retail environment.WHY JOIN US: Look us up on GlassdoorWe're dynamic and expandingFun, fast paced & high energy work environmentCulture of developing and promoting from within the companyOur Generous staff discountsOur pension schemeOur Bonus SchemeOur Educational Support SchemeOur Discounted corporate rate health careOur free Employee Assistance ProgrammeOur wellbeing initiatives like our Bike to work schemeCareer Development OpportunitiesContinuous professional development with dedicated training resourcesEmployee Discount Card
