collaborative, capable, diverse, fun, and we won't settle for less.We're looking for a passionateBenefits and Compensation Analystto join our People team.You'll be part of a growing team at Klaviyo and therefore will have the opportunity to help shape how we think more strategically about our total rewards program.This position will play a key role in the implementation and administration of benefits plans across the company.How You Will Make a DifferencePrimary Function Areas:Assist with the administration and program management of all benefits and retirement programs, including vacation, holiday, time off, leave of absence, retirement plans, disability, group health coverage, vendor management, wellness and health education initiatives, life assurance, and moreSupport Tier 2 benefit inquiries and escalationsHRIS Administration in support of compensation & benefits programsAssist with compensation benchmarking in EMEA and APACSupport local people leaders and HRBPs on offer approvalsResponsibilities:Partner with team members to build and document workflows and procedures for our benefits programsDevelop and manage benefits communication calendar, including regular newsletters, educational campaigns, events, and Health Fairs (virtual or in person)Draft benefits communication including forms, documents, updating company intranet and writing company-wide communicationsOwn database management for Klaviyo's employees, ensuring accurate data entry, integrity and validationProject and program assistant for all specialty benefit programs (ie, fringe benefits, etc).Assist with regular vendor reviews and helps make recommendations on changesExecutes Workday updates and reportingSupport benefits inquiries from employees and vendorsHave a direct relationship with outside consultants/vendors for annual survey submissions, contract renewals and data reportingBuild compensation ranges for new jobs being postedAnnual review of our compensation programs in EMEA & APACWork cross functionally to collect and report data across departments including Finance, HR, People Operations and Talent AcquisitionAssist HRIS Analyst with initiating business process and bulk changes in HRIS, and reviewing weekly & per pay period integration resultsAssist with employee communications regarding compensation/benefits updates or changesFollows all security protocols for various systemsWho You Are1-2 yearsexperience working with compensation & benefits programs and analysis, previous experience in an HR function is preferredGood knowledge in benefit legislation for Ireland and the UK (essential).Benefits knowledge for other European countries (France and Germany) a bonus.Knowledge of various HRIS systems is a plus with astrong preference for WorkdayData analysis skills as you will be required to understand and effectively use data and metrics to dictate processes/workflows, in addition to identifying trends.Proficiency in Google Workspace (formerly known as G Suite), Excel and other data tools is important.You enjoy building things and continually strive to do things better than the status quo.You are intellectually curious.Strong verbal and written communication skills, developing the ability to influence and solid organizational skills and attention to detail.You are able to work within a team setting and develop strong rapport among members.Full authorisation to work in Ireland without any limitations or restrictionsGet to know KlaviyoKlaviyo is the world's leading owned marketing platform known for accelerating revenue for online businesses using the channels they own like email, web, and mobile.Enabling companies to leverage these owned marketing channels, Klaviyo makes it easy to store, access, analyze and use transactional and behavioral data to power highly-targeted customer and prospect communications.And unlike other marketing platforms, Klaviyo doesn't force companies to compromise between advanced functionality or ease of use -
