We're on the lookout for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager with passion, creativity, and a sharp eye for detail to lead the team and elevate the guest experience.
The Role:
Be the driving force behind the food and drink experience at a well-known city-centre venue
Manage a talented team (including Head Chef and Assistant Manager) to deliver top-tier service
Align culinary offerings with exciting festivals and events throughout the year
Play a key role in business strategy, stock management, and team development
Join a forward-thinking venue where innovation and guest satisfaction go hand-in-hand
About You:
At least 3 years' experience as an F&B Manager / Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced hospitality setting
Strong leadership and communication skills – you inspire teams and build culture
Confident managing budgets, stock control, and multiple revenue streams
A hands-on manager who knows what great hospitality looks like
Excited by the chance to shape menus and offers that match the mood and energy of city events
We're looking for someone with vision, a creative leader who understands how to merge food, experience, and atmosphere into something unforgettable.
