A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for Security Officers, who will work at our client's premises in Edinburgh EH12.
You must be able to demonstrate and deliver high-quality guarding and excellent customer service to both our client and our client's tenants.
The Security Officer is required to provide an efficient, effective, and professional security service.
Duties as a Security Officer
Ability to work separately as well as independently.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Smart, well-groomed, and confident.
Conflict Management aware.
High level of customer care awareness.
Familiar with patrolling and monitoring.
Confident in complying with Health & Safety and fire prevention procedures.
Job role requirements as a Security Officer
Previous experience in a similar role would be preferred.
Knowledge of Assignment Instructions (AIs).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Customer/Client focused.
Proven experience in Corporate Security or a relevant role (minimum 12 months).
Ability to work under pressure, make decisive decisions during incidents and difficult situations.
Basic computer literacy required.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to respond to issues effectively and efficiently.
