The Position
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, we wish to appoint an Associate to work in the Payroll Outsourcing Services department of Forvis Mazars.
Forvis Mazars has a dedicated outsourced payroll bureau that provides payroll service solutions to its clients ranging from multinational companies to owner managed businesses and to public sector bodies.
A full training programme will be provided to the ideal candidate.
Responsibilities
Scheduling work to strict deadlines
Daily receipt and processing of payroll information
Issuing payslips
Dealing with client queries
Full training program will be provided to ideal candidate.
The payroll trainee will report to the payroll manager within the payroll division.
Management of time incurred on payroll processing.
Filing of Revenue returns online ROS
Liaising with clients
Liaising with Revenue Commissioners
General administration duties
Ideal Candidate
Successful candidate must be IPASS qualified or prepared to complete IPASS course as part of their training contract
Knowledge of computerised payroll systems
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Ability to work effectively to deadlines
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to work on own initiative
Meticulous attention to detail
Effective organisational skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Previous payrolls experience an advantage
