Opportunity for a Payroll Associate to join a growing, Top 10 firm in Dublin.
You will manage end-to-end payroll processing and auto-enrolment compliance for a portfolio of clients.
Build strong client relationships, collaborate with internal teams and third-party providers, and support junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee payroll processing, compliance, and ERR submissions.
Maintain client relationships and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
Review payrolls, ensure accuracy, and streamline processes.
Provide guidance to junior team members and assist the Payroll Manager.
Stay updated through regular training on legislative and system changes.
Handle client queries and generate financial/operational reports.
Ideal Candidate
2+ years of payroll experience (EuroPay or similar system).
IPASS qualification preferred; payroll bureau experience a plus.
Strong knowledge of payroll processing, pensions, benefits, and statutory payments.
Ability to manually calculate payroll with high accuracy.
Excellent multitasking, client management, and communication skills.
Strong understanding of payroll legislation and auto-enrolment regulations.
Experience mentoring and coaching team members.
