Floor Manager positionContract:Full time 40 hours (Permanent)Job Description:Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the general running of the floor.You will ensure that sales targets are achieved, and customer service is at its highest level.You will be responsible for leading and motivating your team and maintaining an active and pleasant atmosphere in the store at all times.40 hours per weekover 5 days - Monday to Sunday - full flexibility required.ResponsibilitiesTo ensure and provide an excellent level of customer service in the storeTo ensure the team possesses good product knowledge and is aware of the key performance indicatorsTo be familiar with and offer services according to the needs of customers in order to maximise salesTo organise and distribute tasks and positions to each member of the teamTo ensure that sales targets are implemented, achieved and exceeded in storeTo prioritise customer service above all other tasksTo communicate actively with the team and pass on any information that may affect salesTo coach each employee in their training and development, leading by exampleVisual Merchandiser positionContract:Full Time 40 hours (Permanent).Full flexibility requiredJob Description:Coordinates visual merchandising efforts for fashion merchandise, including apparel, accessories and footwear.Designs window/floor displays for seasonal and commercial apparel lines and accessory collections.Conceptualizes and creates original display designs and/or redesigns existing displays as needed to appeal to the target market.ResponsibilitiesTo be responsible for the store image at all times, ensuring that it is attractive and commercialTo apply the visual merchandising standards and guidelinesTo perform store changes in a quick and orderly mannerTo optimise the selling space through the correct use of tools for analysing and calculating profitabilityTo be aware of sales figures and performance indicators to take product-based measures accordinglyTo adapt and react to the sales results by finding solutions in order to make the store more commercialTo be aware of the customer profile, the product potential and the commercial strategies of competitorsTo ensure replenishment and additional orders for the store to have the right productTo communicate with the team about new products, merchandising changes and make suggestions regarding out-of-stock garmentsTo continuously report to the management team and support them in specific managerial store duties#J-*****-Ljbffr
