Overview2+ years as a HR Administrator / HR Executive, ideally in a shared services environment.What's the opportunity?We all rely on our smart devices, but have you ever thought about what actually makes them smart?Our client is the world's leading provider of tech hardware.They\'re at the top of their industry, creating thesmart componentsthat drive the world we live in.They are currently looking for an experiencedHR Service Centre Associate, to join their fast moving HR team for a 5 month contract duration.In this role, you'll provide exceptional support to employees, manage inquiries, and ensure smooth operations within the HR Service Centre.You'll be an integral part of a team dedicated to improving HR services and enhancing employee experience.ResponsibilitiesRespond to questions on HR administrative procedures and practices across various communication channelsLog, track, and follow up on employee requests and inquiries in our HR systemsGuide employees on HR services and promote the use of self-service tools like the HR PortalResearch and resolve inquiries efficiently, prioritizing urgent mattersProactively resolve the root cause of employee concerns and provide accurate solutionsTest and validate responses for an HR Virtual Agent (Chatbot), ensuring accuracyMaintain compliance with HR service processes and ensure SLAs are metCollaborate on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processesParticipate in training sessions to stay up-to-date with policies and best practicesQualifications2+ years as a HR Administrator / HR Executive, ideally in a shared services environmentYou thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable managing multiple priorities.Your strong communication skills and attention to detail ensure that you deliver accurate, timely solutions to employees.You are highly adaptable, eager to solve problems, and always looking for ways to improve processes.Strong commitment to confidentiality, customer service, and team collaboration.This is a 5 month contract opportunity—If it sounds like you, contact me TODAY#J-*****-Ljbffr
