
Finance Operations Manager

This is a comprehensive role offering a market-leading salary and an excellent opportunity for an experienced accountant to join a well-established finance team within a progressive, forward-thinking company.
Key responsibilities: Lead the Accounts payable team, ensuring prompt and accurate processing of all outgoing payments.
Consolidate financial reports from various departments and group entities.
Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis and KPIs, providing insights Ensure compliance by preparing and submitting VAT and RCT returns.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
Lead year-end audits, liaising with auditors Develop and implement financial reporting policies and controls to drive efficiency and accuracy.
Mentor and support junior finance team members in their development.
Carry out additional duties as required.
Requirements: Qualified Accountant e.g.
CIMA, ACA, ACCA Experience managing staff Must be IT proficient and competent in use of Excel Spreadsheets, ERPs Able to demonstrate knowledge & understanding of financial systems.
