Senior Quantity Surveyor Newry/Hybrid Up to £80k Full-Time/Permanent Necto Selection are recruiting on behalf of a growing Fit-Out contractor based in Newry with projects across NI, ROI, and UK.
With a strong pipeline of projects across Retail and Commercial, we are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take lead on several projects within a fast-paced environment.
The Role: Prepare cost estimates by analysing drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
Produce Bills of Quantities (BOQs) through take-offs.
Carry out all QS duties including measurement, valuations, and agreement of works.
Liaise with clients, vendors, and site teams on cost and commercial matters.
Manage schedules, valuations, variations, and financial reporting across pre- and post-contract stages.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
