Responsibilities: Support company EHS staff to ensure full compliance with all Health, Safety, and Workplace legislation as required by the client.
Develop and maintain a site-specific construction EHS Plan for each project.
Create and manage risk assessments and method statements.
Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and deliver training and communication to site personnel.
Investigate incidents, identify root causes, implement mitigation measures, and communicate findings.
Deliver Safety Alerts through scheduled Toolbox Talks.
Ensure statutory forms and inspections are completed and recorded promptly.
Provide EHS project support and documentation.
Advise site management on training and first aid requirements for projects.
Undertake any other reasonable and relevant duties as requested by the EHS Manager to meet the companys ongoing needs.
Requirements: 3+ years experience in a similar role.
A relevant Health & Safety qualification.
Team player and able to build and maintain relationships both internal and external clients.
Flexible to change and open to constructive feedback.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
IT Skills Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Benefits: Salary €90,000 to €100,000 DOE Income protection and death in service benefit.
