Overview

Site Operations Manager - Monread Fare at Lidon Group. This senior leadership role has overall responsibility for the operation of the Monread Fare forecourt services facility, a leading fuel, convenience and fast & fresh food location in County Kildare.

Responsibilities
  • Provide operational leadership for the site to meet KPIs, customer service standards and financial targets.
  • Lead, develop and manage a motivated team across all store functions, including front-of-house and food service operations.
  • Collaborate with off-site group functions such as finance, HR, maintenance, marketing and fresh food expertise to support site performance.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant Health & Safety and HACCP regulations; maintain high standards of site presentation and operation.
  • Drive sales, front-facing brand presence and customer engagement, acting as a strong ambassador for the business.
  • Recruit, retain and develop talent, managing performance and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Monitor and respond to operational challenges in a fast-paced, 24x7 environment.
  • Apply commercial and financial acumen to guide decision-making and site development initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum of five years senior management experience.
  • Excellent people management and communications skills.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, retention and staff development.
  • Customer service focused with the ability to deliver under pressure.
  • Strong leadership, organisational and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Familiarity with Health & Safety and HACCP regulations.
  • Strong sales, marketing and PR awareness and front-facing acumen.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards in site presentation and operation.
Employment Details
  • Job type: Full-time, permanent site-based position on a flexible five days over seven working arrangement.
  • Salary and benefits negotiable.
