We are seeking an energetic and innovative Chopped & Zambrero Manager for Monread Fare, Naas, Co. Kildare.

This is a full time role and flexibility to work weekdays + weekends is required.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Chopped & Zambrero team and ensure the department maintains the highest levels of quality, service and cleanliness.
  • Train, develop and drive the team to deliver a positive customer experience.
  • Hire new team members and onboard them.
  • Manage your team including staff performance reviews, PDPs, rostering, and resolving staff issues.
  • Ensure food is prepared, presented and served to the highest standard.
  • Order stock and ensure weekly stock takes are completed.
  • Continuously bring forth new ideas to increase sales and raise standards of the department.
  • Create a positive working environment within the Chopped & Zambrero team and motivate and monitor the team so they are fully competent in their roles.
  • Take overall responsibility for the operational running of Chopped & Zambrero including duties such as cash handling, payroll and implementing company policies.
  • Achieve all KPI targets set by Management. Ensure all HACCP documentation is up to date and excel through annual health and safety audits.
  • Ensure all complaints are dealt with immediately, promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Customer focus - awareness that the customer comes first. You must have a passion for delivering excellent levels of service.
  • Ability to address and resolve customer concerns.
  • Strong leadership with excellent skills in food retail and sales.
  • Excellent knowledge of HACCP hygiene systems and food safety.
  • A proven track record of leading, motivating and developing a team.
  • Personal drive - you proactively know what is required to succeed.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Integrity and respect for colleagues and customers alike.
  • At least 2 years experience in a managerial position.
