Opportunity
The Recruitment Consultant opportunity will focus on the contracts space across all Life Science sectors and will give the successful candidate an opportunity to work with a well-established brand with a strong network of clients both in Ireland and internationally.

Role/Responsibilities

  • This includes: taking a full brief from clients, sourcing and pipelining, advertising, shortlisting, arranging interviews, and following through to offer, references, and placement.
  • Having high attention to detail, using extensive sourcing methods while maintaining strong and ongoing communication with passive and active candidates.
  • Provide effective account management to a bank of existing clients as well as developing business with new and potential clients.
  • You must have commercial awareness and the ability to see immediate and future opportunities to develop business.
  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge of your sector.
  • Develop your network by attending relevant industry events as well as building your online brand.

Skills/Experience

  • A third level qualification.
  • Contract recruitment experience desirable.
  • A competitive, friendly can-do attitude with a genuine interest in people, their careers, and in business.
  • A proven track record working in a team environment, with a genuine interest in learning and career development.
  • A commitment towards delivering an exceptional service to clients.
