Senior Facilities Manager

On behalf of our client, a prestigious global law firm, we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Facilities Operations & Projects Manager to join their Dublin office. This is a standout opportunity for a proven professional to lead a major office relocation, overseeing the full project lifecycle including planning, vendor management, and budget responsibility, while also managing day-to-day facilities and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver a large-scale office move, including planning, execution, and budget management
- Oversee facilities management, front of house, office services, and supplier/vendor relationships
- Manage property-related projects and liaise with landlords, consultants, and contractors
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance and support business continuity planning
- Drive operational excellence in a hybrid working environment
Key Requirements
- Proven experience leading large office relocations, including budget ownership
- 10+ years in facilities and project management, ideally within professional services
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Expertise in facilities operations, supplier management, and H&S compliance
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
