Principal Duties And Responsibilities
  • Full ownership of the brand's social media channels – content calendar, content creation, analysis and reporting.
  • Manage influencer activity end-to-end.
  • Manage email and SMS marketing.
  • Create engaging content for channels such as social media, blogs, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce multimedia content.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
  • Social campaigns – planning, monitoring and analysis of paid and organic campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Manage digital screens window content.
  • Generate creative ideas to engage audiences and drive KPIs.
  • Contribute to overall digital marketing strategy.
  • Copy writing for all digital marketing communications.
  • Support and training for managing store local social media pages.
  • Monthly reporting – KPI pack.
  • Support the Strategic Marketing & Planning Manager as required.
  • Support Life Pharmacy Territory Managers with digital marketing requests.
  • Prepare updates and present at weekly WIPs and monthly cross-functional team meetings.
  • Monthly and ad hoc store visits as required.
Application Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a brand/retail marketing role.
  • Third-level qualification in Marketing/Digital Marketing.
  • Good understanding of the retail pharmaceutical market is advantageous but not essential.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), desktop publishing (Photoshop) and systems tools (Canva, Brandwatch or similar).
  • Experience in social media analytics and marketing measurement (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
  • Digital marketing expertise and technical understanding of digital channels.
  • Photography and video editing skills are desirable.
  • Full clean driver's licence and access to own car (role involves travel to various locations).
  • Flexible, hybrid working with regular face-to-face interactions at the Group's headquarters in Citywest (Dublin).
  • Proficient in MS Office, Photoshop, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and consumer trends.
  • In-depth knowledge of Social Media platforms and their deployment to maximise engagement.
  • Ability to plan, organise and meet deadlines; work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong visuals/design sense aligned with the brand; ability to work with designers.
  • Demonstrated track record in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in paid social media marketing and end-to-end content deployment.
