Marketing Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced and creative marketing manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. In this role, you will design, execute, and optimize campaigns that enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and support business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a Comprehensive Marketing Strategy:Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Campaign Management:Plan, launch, and monitor multi-channel digital campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Content Development:Produce compelling and relevant digital content that aligns with brand messaging.
  • SEO & SEM:Optimize website content to help paid advertising, improve organic search rankings, and maximize paid campaign performance.
  • Analytics & Reporting:Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing metrics; use data insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or technology sectors.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, marketing automation, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and a data-driven approach.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to stay ahead in digital marketing trends.

This position can be based in Dublin or London office. Occasional travel may be required within EU and USA.
