Enterprise Account Executive/Customer Success

SWAG42, a rapidly growing premium merchandise company, is looking for a talented professional to join us as an Enterprise Account Executive / Customer Success Manager. We specialize in building long-term relationships with top-tier enterprise clients, and your expertise in driving client success and ensuring exceptional service will be key to our continued growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the Sales plan.
  • Work with outbound leads from our SDR team, including first qualification calls, negotiations, proposals, and closing deals.
  • Negotiate, send commercial proposals, and close new deals with existing Enterprise clients.
  • Build long-term relationships with existing Enterprise clients.
  • Assign tasks to the Delivery department.
  • Work in CRM and internal ERP daily.
  • Participate in events and conferences worldwide to generate new enterprise leads.

Requirements

  • Over 3-5 years of Sales experience with Enterprise clients.
  • Excellent command of English; knowledge of Russian and Polish is a plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Over 3-5 years of CRM experience.
