We're now looking for a HR Generalist who wants to grow their career in HR, make a real impact, and help us support our teams across recruitment, compliance, culture, and employee engagement.

Role Purpose

The HR Administrator will provide administrative and advisory support across the full HR lifecycle, ensuring compliance with employment law, consistent application of HR policies, and effective use of HR systems (Bizimply a bonus). The role will support recruitment, onboarding, payroll communication, employee relations, and HR reporting, acting as a key point of contact for employees and managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and report on all employee visa statuses and work permits, ensuring ongoing compliance with immigration requirements.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding, including drafting job adverts, reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, managing all candidate communication in a timely manner, and delivering inductions.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in line with employment law and data privacy requirements.
  • Update and maintain all aspects of the HR/payroll platform (Bizimply), ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee information.
  • Track and report on absences, producing HR metrics for management.
  • Contribute to the development, tracking, and enhancement of the Staff Charter and HR/Cultural initiatives, including team lunches.
  • Promote consistent application of HR policies and contribute to employee engagement and culture initiatives.
  • Act as the dedicated contact person for employees raising concerns of bullying, harassment, or sexual harassment; providing information on the process and available supports.
  • Provide support on disciplinaries, grievances, and performance matters in line with company procedures and legislation.
  • Support HR Manager with internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to data privacy regulations.
  • Provide additional administrative support when needed including references, letters of employment, etc.
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in HR administration, minimum 1-2 years.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
  • Experience managing recruitment and onboarding processes (Indeed job ads desirable).
  • Proficiency in HR systems (Bizimply desirable).
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Clear, confident communication skills with discretion in handling sensitive information.
