Exciting HR Opportunity – Dublin (Hybrid, Fixed-Term)

Are you an experienced Senior HR Generalist looking to make an impact in a collaborative and dynamic environment? A leading international financial services organisation is seeking a motivated HR professional to join their Human Resources team in Dublin on an 18-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your expertise across all areas of HR while working in a supportive and purpose-driven culture.

Location: Dublin (Hybrid – 2 days in office)

Eligibility: Candidates must have the Right to Work in Ireland (EU Citizen, Stamp 4 or Stamp 1G visa holders)

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the business to deliver on the People Agenda
  • Support performance management and employee engagement activities
  • Administer payroll, pensions, and benefits
  • Manage HR systems and ensure compliance with Irish employment law
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and practices
Qualifications
  • Strong HR generalist experience across core functions
  • Proficiency in HR systems (Workday a plus)
  • Excellent understanding and experience of Irish employment law
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused mindset
