Role overview

As online client solutions manager, you will lead the development and delivery of innovative digital advertising and branded content campaigns.

This is a strategic, client-facing role that blends creativity, data insights, and project management. You will work closely with sales, editorial, marketing, and design teams to create compelling commercial solutions that align with client objectives and deliver measurable impact.

You will also work to impart digital solution selling knowledge to the developing team.

Key responsibilities


• Develop tailored online advertising and branded content strategies for clients across sectors including finance, tech, education, and government.


• Work closely with sales teams to support pitches, proposals, and post-campaign analysis.


• Act as the main point of contact for key clients during campaign planning, execution, and wrap-up.


• Collaborate with editorial and production teams to ensure content quality, tone, and delivery meets client expectations.


• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for digital campaigns, ensuring on-time and on-spec delivery.


• Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g. GA4, DFP, social insights) and report back to stakeholders with recommendations.


• Keep up to date with digital trends, audience behaviours, and new advertising formats.


• Drive revenue growth through innovation, client satisfaction, and repeat business.


• Knowledge sharing / training in the online solution selling space for developing team members.

Key requirements


• 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, content marketing, or media client services.


• Proven track record of managing successful online campaigns from brief to delivery.


• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube), ad operations, and performance metrics.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills.


• Creative thinker with strong commercial awareness.


• Project management expertise and experience handling multiple campaigns concurrently.


• Experience within a media organisation or creative agency is a strong advantage.


• Knowledge of the Irish media and business landscape is preferred.

Desirable experience


• Familiarity with content sponsorship, podcast & VOD advertising, or native content formats.


• Understanding of audience segmentation, SEO, and engagement strategies.


• Experience with CRM systems and content planning tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, etc).


• A personal interest in current affairs, business, or education sectors.
