Building Manager – Dublin, Ireland

Building Manager position with Search Talent in Central Dublin. Our client is a leading property investment firm. The role is site-based and part of a team of Building Managers across the portfolio.

We are looking for a refined professional with 5* customer service skills and a background in corporate multi-let office space to take sole responsibility for a top-class asset. An engineering / M&E background and/or a strong background in Facilities Management is important as the role will oversee maintenance and repair works as well as regular building checks as ESG initiatives.

This is a terrific opportunity to work in a client-side role with a strong salary DOE and excellent benefits including up to 20% bonus, healthcare and 10% pension contribution.

Responsibilities
  • Take sole responsibility for a top-class asset within a portfolio of properties.
  • Oversee maintenance and repair works and regular building checks as part of ESG initiatives.
