As a Life Style Production Executive, you are a member of the Studio Production team. Your role is to help the multichannel team grow sales and profitability by enriching our products with epic images and content designed to inspire customers shopping on our website.

You are responsible for sourcing, managing and co-ordinating samples to optimise shoot production and minimise product lead times. This includes creating sample requests based on seasonal orderbooks, connecting with suppliers, organising sample shipment and storage and co-ordinating samples between all relevant shoots.

You will work closely with our brand partners (including Nike, Adidas and more) to secure and return product samples in accordance with set deadlines and shoot schedules. Sample tracking and progress reports are your responsibility, and you will be proactive in providing these updates to the internal teams. As part of a wider multichannel team and an eCommerce Team, you will collaborate with all relevant team members and stakeholders to achieve your objectives.

Pre – Shoot

• Requesting product samples from suppliers for shoots seasonally and additionally, as required
• Tracking of inbound and outbound sample allocations for shoots and from suppliers
• Co-ordinating samples for eCommerce shoots, campaigns, and others
• Co-ordinating shoot dates between concepts/ teams
• Updating Samples Trackers and boards
• Organising inbound and outbound sample shipments, arranging couriers
• Ensuring samples are maintained in good condition and shoot ready
• Sourcing shoot props and additional product/samples where required

On set

• Attend ecom shoots weekly to fully prep & manage stock & samples
• Attend content & campaign shoots to manage fully prep & manage stock & samples
• Hanging, steaming, on set
• Styling on set

Post-Shoot

• Confirming sample return dates in line with final shoots for each season
• QC of all model imagery from ecom shoots uploaded onto site
• Organising sample storage and maintenance post shoot

Ongoing

• Securing and organising product samples
• General upkeep and organisation of our sample room
• Completing warehouse product allocations for external photo shoots and arranging couriers
• Work with brand partners to improve quality and volume of samples available
• Meeting deadlines for sample requests and receipt sign off
• Producing and updating stock tracker
• Collaborating with concept teams on sample updates
• Monitoring relevant KPIs

• Minimum of one year experience in a similar role
• Degree in Media or in another relevant field
• Skilled in Microsoft office; Excel, Word and PowerPoint

You have a genuine passion for ecommerce and online content creation. You have an eye for fashion styling and a good knowledge/interest in sportswear and equipment. You are a well organised individual with excellent attention to detail and great time management skills. You have the ability to plan effectively and work to deadlines. You are an effective communicator who is confident in building and maintaining strong business relationships. You are a good team worker with an ambition to drive success through collaborative efforts while having the ability to work independently and show initiative.

You are highly proficient in MS excel and PowerPoint. You have a proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
