Le Meas Executive Search is delighted to partner with a growing Life Insurer to hire a newly created Product Specialist for their Dublin operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Product Development and Management team in all stages of new product development, from initial concept to market launch including product governance.
  • Conduct market research to understand market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
  • Manage the day-to-day aspects of products throughout their lifecycle, including product monitoring, regulatory reporting, regular monthly processes, and ad-hoc queries.
  • Develop compliant product-related documentation for customers by ensuring relevant approvals are obtained.
  • Identify and implement mitigating actions to address potential customer protection risks throughout the product lifecycle.
Qualifications
  • University degree or equivalent.
  • Ideally APA or QFA qualified or willingness to pursue qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the Life Insurance Industry.
  • Product Lifecycle management and monitoring.
  • Knowledge of CPC and Consumer Protection Risk Framework and other financial services/pension/life assurance regulations in the Irish market.
  • Understanding of product specifications and Business Requirements Documents.
  • Ability to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Proficiency in Italian or French is a plus.
  • Able to build relationships with other departments and external contacts.
