
Receptionist - Job Share

We're looking for a professional, organised and personable individual to be the welcoming face of EPS Group and a key support to our busy Marketing & Communications function. This is a part-time, job-share position that combines reception duties with administrative support for the Marketing & Communications team.
You will greet visitors, manage calls and ensure our reception area reflects our high standards. Behind the scenes, you'll handle a variety of administrative tasks, from raising purchase requisitions and processing requests from the team.
This is a role where no two days are the same and where your attention to detail and ability to juggle priorities will make you an essential part of the our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Front-of-House
- Welcome visitors, clients and suppliers with warmth and professionalism.
- Answer, screen and direct incoming calls efficiently.
- Maintain a tidy, professional reception area at all times.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post/couriers
- Create purchase requisitions and process sponsorship and donation requests
- Assist with meeting arrangements, hospitality, and events as required
- Support Marketing & Communications with ad-hoc administrative tasks, including maintaining contact lists, filing and preparing basic documents
- Liaise effectively with colleagues across the business and Group companies
- Maintain confidentiality at all times
- Assist with other administrative duties as required to support the smooth running of the office
Key Competencies and Skills
- Previous reception or customer-facing role experience
- Strong administration skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Professional, approachable and team-oriented.
- Experience in event or travel coordination
- Familiarity with purchase order systems
