Your Job
  • Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the overall running of the kitchen.
  • Take direction from department managers and assist in monitoring food quality and hygiene standards.
  • Model excellence and efficiency as demonstrated by the Head Chef.
  • Adhere to HACCP regulations at all times.
  • Support kitchen staff in observing proper hygiene during food preparation and storage.
What You'll Need
  • Experience in hotels or a similar role.
  • Passion for and genuine interest in food.
  • A mature and pleasant manner when dealing with customers and team members.
  • Team player with ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
  • Good knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations.
