You will lead and enhance our CRM and email marketing strategies, ensuring these tools drive exciting marketing and business development decisions. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will play a critical role in shaping strategic initiatives by integrating CRM and marketing automation systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, and optimising marketing processes to propel business growth. You will manage a dynamic team, including CRM Officers and Email Marketing Executives, while working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure effective campaign execution and system stability.Are you our next CRM & Marketing Manager?Location: Dublin, as part of our hybrid working model.Grade: ManagerContract type: PermanentA snapshot of your peer group:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or significant work experience.Minimum 10 years' experience in a CRM role with 4+ years at a senior level, specifically in professional services, financial services, or a corporate environment.Extensive expertise in Dynamics 365 and marketing automation tools, with a solid understanding of system administration and integrations.Proven track record of managing small teams and driving strategic initiatives, including best practice implementation and innovation.Excellent project management skills with experience in leading system implementations and development projects.Ability to translate marketing/business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring quality, budget management, and on-time delivery.Excellent analytical skills, capable of interpreting data for informed strategic decisions.Experience with relationship management, understanding, and responding to the needs of internal stakeholders.People management and experience in coaching colleagues to succeed.An open and confident communicator, demonstrating excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.DesirableExperience in professional services or large B2B environments, ideally within a Big 4 firm.Familiarity with marketing automation tools and their integration with CRM systems.Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification or equivalent.Your responsibilities and achievements will evolve as you enhance your career with us. Here is what you can initially expect:Strategic Leadership and DevelopmentDevelop and lead a comprehensive CRM and marketing automation strategy, aligning CRM and email efforts to achieve firm-wide objectives.Identify, design, and implement market-leading CRM solutions that meet the company's marketing and business development requirements.Lead the design and implementation of robust pipeline structures within Microsoft Dynamics 365, improving opportunity management and reporting.Ensure alignment with industry best practices, driving innovation in marketing tactics to maintain a cutting-edge approach.Team Management and EnablementManage, mentor, and develop the CRM and Email Marketing team, fostering professional growth and high performance.Provide strategic direction and support to empower the team to execute initiatives effectively.Drive adoption of CRM and marketing automation est practices across the firm, delivering training and resources to maximise system value.Systems Implementation and IntegrationOversee and lead integrations between CRM, marketing automation, finance, and other core systems for seamless data flow and personalisation.Ensure best-in-class system functionality and integration to support strategic marketing objectives.Collaborate with global and local teams to tailor global processes to local market requirements, fostering growth.Operational Delivery and Campaign ExecutionGuide the team on campaign execution, including audience segmentation, testing, deployment, and optimisation.Develop and implement omnichannel nurture strategies to maximise engagement across the entire prospect-to-customer journey.Oversee email marketing campaigns ensuring effective targeting, personalisation, and performance measurement.Data Management and ComplianceDrive best practices for data hygiene, compliance measures, and troubleshooting within MarTech systems.Champion data quality, governance, and compliance with GDPR across all CRM and marketing activities.Metrics and ReportingCollaborate with the Data Insights Analyst to develop reporting frameworks, providing actionable insights for senior leadership.Report on campaign performance including webinars, events, email, and CRM activities, informing strategic decisions.Relationship ManagementAct as the relationship manager, managing relationships with external vendors and leveraging these to drive success across our platforms.Build relationships with peers across the KPMG network, staying abreast of opportunities, challenges, and developments.Your team:You will be joining the Digital Team within the central Markets group - a busy and dynamic team in KPMG (over 40 people).Discover How KPMG Can Enrich Your Life Beyond Your CareerBenefits Tailored for YouAt KPMG, we understand that life is multifaceted.
