Overview

Customer Service Representative - Carole Nash, Dublin. Start Date: 13th October 2025.

Location: Dublin 1 (Foley Street). Working pattern: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-1pm (working required). Hybrid position with a split between office and home; initial training and probation period in the office full time. Full in-depth training is provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding and consistent customer service across all product lines to ensure customer confidence and drive loyalty.
  • Promote and ensure the positive reception of the distribution brands.
  • Take ownership to develop long-term relationships with customers and introduce them to new products.
  • Ensure satisfactory customer outcomes in line with Central Bank guidelines promoting positive customer satisfaction.
  • Handle and escalate complaints in line with the company's complaints handling procedure to achieve fair outcomes.
Skills / Experience
  • Experience in a customer service environment (retail, contact centre, hospitality, or similar).
  • Experience in the Insurance sector, preferably Insurance Brokering/Intermediary (advantageous but not essential).
  • Ability to take responsibility for customer concerns and resolutions.
  • Good communication skills with empathy and objectivity.
  • Proficient use of technology and keyboard skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Willingness to set personal development goals and take responsibility for your own development plan.
  • Self-motivated attitude.
