Customer Service Representative - Mortgage Branch

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our mortgage branch as a Customer Service Representative.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating cash facilities, opening new accounts, and supporting the branch in its day-to-day operations.

The role focuses on meeting customer needs while helping to deliver on branch objectives.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Process a variety of counter transactions accurately, promptly, and professionally.
  • Balance cash daily in accordance with company policy.
  • Prepare and review reports at agreed intervals, carrying out reconciliations as required.
  • Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements in every customer interaction.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Proactively generate and complete sales, from lead through to fulfilment, in line with the sales process and activity management system.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • AAP/QFA Certification is required.
  • Previous experience in delivering a high-quality service to customers.
  • Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a strong commitment to service delivery.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
