Key Responsibilities:
  • Process purchase requisitions and maintain purchase orders.
  • Ensure timely payment processing and liaise with the payments team.
  • Source suppliers and handle quotation requests as needed.
  • Assist with travel, accommodation, and hospitality arrangements.
  • Manage visitor and candidate protocols, including inductions and work completion reports.
  • Support HR administration, including recruitment tasks and employee access management.
  • Maintain records for lockers, access badges, and time-tracking systems.
  • Assist with facilities administration.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and audit standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role or a business administration qualification.
  • ERP system experience preferred.
  • Strong background in purchasing and procurement is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Professional, confidential, and a team player.
