Primary Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions including dashboards, reports, and data models
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Optimize and troubleshoot existing BI systems to improve performance and usability
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across BI platforms
  • Collaborate with data engineering team for data integration efforts from multiple sources into centralized data warehouses or data lakes
  • Mentor junior BI developers and provide technical guidance
  • Stay updated with BI trends and technologies to recommend improvements and innovations
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming to ensure alignment and continuous delivery
  • Anticipates customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them
  • Serving as a key resource on complex and/or critical issues
  • Performing complex conceptual analyses
  • Review work performed by others and provide recommendations for improvement
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant subject or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in creating dashboards, calculated fields, optimizing performance and Publishing to Tableau Server
  • Proficiency in SQL & PL/SQL
  • Experience with ETL Tools (Alteryx or Azure Data Factory)
  • Familiarity with Agile Methodologies
  • Proficiency with Excel & visualization tools
  • SQL Server or Snowflake Knowledge
