Your Responsibilities

An education support worker in a university setting assists college students by providing academic guidance, study support, and help with accessing resources. They may support students with disabilities or additional learning needs to ensure equal opportunities in learning. Their responsibilities also include fostering independence, encouraging engagement, and helping students adapt to the demands of higher education.

Requirements
  • Completed in QQI Level 5, working towards or willing to commence (Preferred)
  • Up to date trainings (PMH, First Aid, HSE Land)
