Overview

Account Director (Nordics) – LinkedIn Talent Solutions role based in Dublin. The position is hybrid, with work from home and select days in the LinkedIn office as determined by the business needs. LinkedIn's Sales Solutions team focuses on changing the world of sales using Sales Navigator to connect, engage, and build mutually beneficial relationships between buyers and sellers.

As an Account Director, you will lead the expansion of our existing client base, educate prospective customers on the value of Sales Navigator, and act as a trusted adviser to grow licenses and unlock more potential for customers' sales teams.

Responsibilities
  • Learn about LinkedIn's platform, products, and associated tools (e.g., SFDC)
  • Effectively communicate the LinkedIn Sales Solutions value proposition and elevator pitch to inspire clients to embrace a new method of connecting value to customers
  • Make discovery calls and confirm meetings with key decision makers that will generate revenue
  • Articulate the value of Sales Navigator, demonstrate ROI, and work with the customer to expand ROI to other users, departments, or subsidiaries
  • Create a pipeline of opportunities and reliable forecasts in a transparent manner
  • Develop and execute strategic full-year plans for the Book of Business
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners (CSMs, Onboarding, Marketing, Product Development) to meet customer needs
QualificationsBasic Qualifications
  • Fluency in English and German
  • 2+ years of applicable sales experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience negotiating contracts and managing a high volume of customers and renewals within the UKI market
  • Experience in a software, SaaS, or startup environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Solid negotiation skills for value-based contract negotiations at the senior level
  • Excellent communication and project, time, and customer management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to find, manage and close businesses in an evangelistic sales environment
  • Ability to forecast and execute on business goals
  • Ability to use insights and data-driven decisions in the sales process
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships with senior-level sales professionals
  • Ability to bring together multiple buyers in the same company to build groundswell while leveraging partners within LinkedIn
