This role requires one day per week (Tuesday) in our Kilkenny HQ.

Responsibilities:

Proposals & RFP Support
  • Assist in coordinating responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs
  • Help prepare client facing proposal documents
  • Track submission timelines and ensure documents are delivered on time

Contract & Document Management
  • Support the preparation and management of commercial agreements
  • Help maintain an organised repository of documents and ensure records are up to date
  • File all documentation in line with internal processes

Other Commercial Support
  • Proofread and review commercial documentation for accuracy and consistency
  • Support the creation of commercial, sales, and training materials as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure commercial tools (e.g., Salesforce, DocuSign, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo) are used effectively
  • Carry out ad hoc tasks as required to support the wider commercial team

Requirements

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • Experience with Salesforce is advantageous (desirable not essential)
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritise and execute multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
  • Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • An exceptional attention to detail and a proactive attitude
  • High proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in fluent English
