We're looking for a seasoned IT Support Specialist to provide expert technical support a Global Markets trading team. In this fast-paced environment, you'll be the go-to problem solver for the spreadsheet-based pricing, risk, and analytics tools that underpin trading activity.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver 1st and 2nd line IT support for trading, sales, and risk teams, with a focus on Excel-based models, macros, and add-ins.
  • Respond to and resolve real-time production issues on the trade floor, restoring service quickly to meet business-critical SLAs.
  • Work closely with traders to diagnose issues and coordinate solutions with development and infrastructure teams.
  • Maintain and enhance spreadsheet solutions, ensuring compliance, stability, and risk control.
  • Debug and improve code in VBA and Python.
  • Monitor and support real-time data feeds (e.g., Bloomberg, market data, risk and P&L, trade blotters).
  • Participate in incident management, service restoration, and change deployments.

What We're Looking For

  • 5–8 years' experience in a trade floor IT support or similar fast-paced environment.
  • Deep Excel expertise: complex formulas, workflow tracing, debugging.
  • Strong skills in VBA and basic Python (debugging, quick fixes).
  • Understanding of Rates products (Futures, Swaps, XCCY Swaps, FX Forwards).
  • Clear, confident communicator — able to translate technical issues for traders and vice versa.
  • Calm under pressure, quick-thinking, and solutions-focused.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Math, or Business.
