Job Title: Trade Support Analyst
Description:
We are seeking a skilled Trade Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert-level support for critical applications, spreadsheet-based tools and models used across the trading and sales desks.
The successful candidate will ensure the stability, compliance, and strategic improvement of spreadsheet solutions vital to pricing, risk management, and analytics. You will also mitigate spreadsheet risk across the organization, while monitoring and restoring service 24/7.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for critical applications and spreadsheet-based tools
- Ensure the stability and compliance of spreadsheet solutions
- Mitigate spreadsheet risk across the organization
- Monitor and restore service 24/7
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in a trade floor environment
- Experience with troubleshooting Excel, managing add-ins and quant library installs
- Understanding of Excel formulas and ability to trace workflows
- Exposure to real-time data feeds, including Market data and BBG, Risk/Pvs, and Trade Blotter
- Strong understanding of Rates trading business, including Futures, Swaps, Xccy Swaps, and FX forwards
- Basic Python skills, with ability to debug code and suggest fixes
- Comfortable with Excel and coding in VBA
- BSc./B.A. in computer science, engineering, information systems, math, or business
