We are currently looking for an office administrator to join our team in Dublin Airport. This is a support role for our managers.
Responsibilities- Handle day-to-day documentation, filing, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports (attendance, training progress, compliance).
- Maintain employee records (contracts, training logs, certifications).
- Track mandatory DAA/Food Safety/Health & Safety training requirements.
- Ensure staff complete security passes training & retraining.
- Keep a training matrix updated (who has trained, expiry dates, upcoming sessions).
- Coordinate with training providers for schedules and renewals.
- Circulate reminders to staff and managers about pending trainings.
- Submit training compliance reports to HR or the DAA if required.
- Support HR in onboarding new employees (ensuring induction training is scheduled).
- Liaise with line managers to ensure shift coverage during training sessions.
- Monitor staff attendance, leaves, and overtime records.
- Support payroll processing with training-related.
- Handle office supplies, petty cash, and requisitions.
- Assist with audits (internal & DAA inspections) by providing training records.
