Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the deli counter, ensuring high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Lead, train, and motivate deli staff to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Manage stock levels, ordering, and waste control.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, Aramark.
  • Prepare and present deli products to a high standard.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a deli, food retail, or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • A passion for food and customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards (training can be provided).
  • A proactive problem solver with a flexible, can-do attitude.
  • Complete other reasonable duties assigned by your line manager from time to time to ensure the smooth running of the department.
