">About the Role
  • Oversee daily deli counter operations, ensuring high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Manage stock levels, ordering, and waste control.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and present deli products to a high standard.
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a deli, food retail, or hospitality environment, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for food and customer service.

">Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards (training can be provided).
  • Flexible and proactive attitude.
