Salary & Remuneration (Part Time)

• €13.50 per hour + Competitive commission structure
• Earn on average an extra €540 every month by hitting store targets and KPI's
• €500 refer a friend bonus

Expectations From The Role

• Learn from a dedicated team who work tirelessly to ensure you are able, ready and comfortable to provide a great customer/sales experience
• Full cash handling and sales experience provided with an aim at helping you hit your targets

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will

• Ensure customers feel supported while their queries are being resolved and proactively update them where required
• Understand our customers needs and provide them with a relevant mobile solution
• Meet individual/team targets and objectives
• Assist store manager in duties
• Administrative duties – stock control, cash management, data entry
• Be aware of and implement current and new policies and procedures
• Be a continuous learner by keeping up to date with eir's mobile and broadband packages versus our competitors
• Become an expert in sales techniques with the support of management and your team

Requirements For A Successful Application

• Excellent at listening and communicating with a diverse customer base
• Adaptable and willing to learn new skills in order to grow
• Ambitious and thrive in results-driven environments
• People-oriented, finding satisfaction in helping others and upselling on store products
• Communicate simply and clearly in a manner that invokes trust
• Have a keen interest in mobile phones
• 0- 2 years retail or sales experience is desirable, although relevant life experience will also be considered
