Global Sales Director, SMB

Are you ready to become the driving force behind our exponential growth in the dynamic SMB Markets? As the Global Sales Manager of our SMB Account Executives and Outbound SDR team, you'll be a pivotal asset, intricately involved in the daily operations of our sales representatives while helping in the recruitment and management of Account Executives and SDRs. While balancing inbound and outbound strategies, you will help Time Doctor win customers across SMB customer segments and drive pipeline upmarket through the SDR team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Tactical sales coaching, call/demo review, mentoring, CRM hygiene, and motivating a sales team to hit and exceed targets.
- Assist in the recruiting, staffing, and training to grow and maintain a sales team.
- Execute on sales strategies set by your direct sales leader.
- Assist the sales team with client meetings, presentations, and negotiations, and act as the executive sponsor for many opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the sales team in the areas of sales/personal development, direction, and focus.
- Conduct weekly and monthly sales coaching sessions with each representative to maintain a high level of output for outreach, opportunities, and generating pipeline.
- Manage productivity, funnel of opportunities, and quality to ensure teams meet established goals and standards.
- Ongoing process improvements, recommendations, and implementation of systems that will make our team more efficient.
- Work directly with marketing to improve messaging and lead quality, as well as other departments such as Customer Success and RevOps, and Product to continue building Time Doctor.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous success and track record of sales management experience leading a team to sell into the SMB and emerging markets.
- Successful track record managing directly or alongside a SDR team designed to go outbound and upmarket.
- Experience managing an outbound sales function using data enrichment and intent-based tools, such as Hubspot, SalesIntel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other similar tools.
- Experience selling into a trial base software and lead flow.
- Working with and managing a remote sales team.
- Building, growing, and managing highly prolific sales teams in a global company spread across all four primary regions: NOAM, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.
- Must be a team player and bring a servant-minded leadership style.
- Can demonstrate the coach's mentality in sales, with a bias towards action and activity.
- Customer Focused – personally demonstrated that both external and internal customers are a high priority.
- Initiative – recognizes opportunities and initiates actions to capitalize on them.
- Innovative Thinking – embraces and champions new ideas.
- Building Organizational Commitment – demonstrates commitment, loyalty, and appreciation for the organization.
- Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
This is a global role with a distributed team across the globe. Depending on your location, we will offer you Full-time Employment or Contract. Should you be selected for a first interview, our Talent Attraction team will explain further.
