Join the Red Robin Events Team in our Dublin Office. Are you ready to shape organisational culture and make a real impact across multiple regions? At Red Robin Events, we're looking for an HR Manager who is passionate about people and thrives on building a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace. Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will oversee all aspects of HR across our EMEA, USA, and APAC offices, including recruitment, employee development, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new hires feel welcomed and integrated into the company culture.
Partnership & Coaching:
- Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to the senior management team, providing expert guidance on leadership development and complex people management challenges.
- Partner with senior leaders to translate business strategy into comprehensive HR initiatives that support company growth and objectives across all offices.
- Partner with the senior leadership team to develop and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning and leadership development.
Employee Engagement:
- Design and implement employee engagement programs that promote a positive work environment.
- Conduct regular surveys to gather feedback and make data-driven decisions to enhance workplace culture.
Performance Management:
- Develop and manage performance appraisal processes to align individual goals with company objectives.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on performance-related issues.
Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and create development programs that support employee growth and career advancement.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Policy Development & Compliance:
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with current laws and regulations.
- Promote a safe and respectful workplace by addressing employee concerns and conflicts effectively.
Culture Building:
- Advocate for and promote the company's values and culture through various initiatives and activities.
- Collaborate with leadership to create a cohesive and inclusive work environment.
- A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in human resources management, preferably in the events or hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and employee relations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to connect with employees at all levels
- Proven experience in employee engagement and culture-building initiatives
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- HR certification (CIPD) is a plus
