Role: Business Analyst

Location: Dublin

Hybrid: 3 days a week in the office

Salary: 50 to 60k

My client is a Health Tech who is seeking a highly analytical and organised Business Analyst with strong project management capabilities to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play key role in identifying business needs, analysing processes, and implementing solutions, while also managing projects from initiation to completion. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of business analysis frameworks coupled with practical experience in leading projects within cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to elicit requirements and drive consensus.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and operational teams to ensure solution delivery.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Track project milestones, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
What you need
  • Someone who has gone through a start-up to a scale up
  • Tech: JIRA, Confluence, Smart Sheets a plus
  • Experience Health, med tech or regulated environment an advantage
  • Help a number of technical teams keep focus, cohesive and then to deliver on time.
  • Be super organised.
