Catering Supervisor

What You'll Do
  • Lead, motivate, and support the catering team to deliver excellent service.
  • Manage staff rosters, leave requests, and ensure operational cover at all times.
  • Oversee cash handling and EPOS systems, training team members in compliance.
  • Ensure HACCP and food safety documentation is up to date and compliant.
  • Drive high hygiene and cleanliness standards across all service areas.
  • Deliver staff training, inductions, and regular team huddles to promote Sodexo values.
  • Support food preparation, service, and presentation to company standards.
  • Respond to incidents, feedback, and management requests promptly and professionally

What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within catering, hospitality, or food services.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, food hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Confidence in managing rotas, staffing needs, and operational priorities.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Flexibility to support occasional events, overtime, and special functions.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with attention to detail.
