Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing & Distribution Operations Manager based in Dublin with experience in manufacturing and distribution. This is a hands-on role within a growing Irish-owned company.

As Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving a positive work culture focused on continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Establishing, following, and enforcing health and safety standards in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Managing suppliers and stock, including pricing, ordering, logistics, fault resolution, and reordering levels.
  • Developing warehouse layout, product flow, and handling systems.
  • Analyzing and improving warehouse operations and workflow processes.
  • Leading the onboarding project for a new warehouse management system.
  • Developing and training the team to enhance roles and performance.
  • Assessing and improving customer satisfaction and service delivery, overseeing routes for timely deliveries.
  • Conducting departmental meetings, maintaining overtime standards, and enforcing company guidelines.
  • Contributing to strategic planning to meet operational goals.

Minimum of 8 years of senior operations or warehouse experience, with project management and lean management preferred. Additional advantageous skills include experience with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) and forklift/material handling.
