- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, account management, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
- Ability to communicate fluently in one of the Nordics languages (Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian) and English to support client relationship management in this region.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional international teams and managing stakeholders (internal and external).
- Experience managing and customizing records for a customer base.
- Experience in new business sales and business analysis.
- Ability to work independently, lead, motivate, and collaborate effectively.
- Strong multi-tasking skills and attention to detail across multiple projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strategic thinking to develop business recommendations, action plans, and process improvements.

- Create tailored pitches for clients, suggest performance improvements, and promote Google products.
- Analyze data to generate insights and deliver strategic recommendations.
- Implement sales strategies for specific markets and collaborate with internal teams.
