Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, account management, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
- Fluent communication in English, Dutch, and French to support client relationship management in this region.
- Familiarity with Google Ads and online advertising, with Google Digital Workshop certification or equivalent experience.
- Ability to manage a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context in Belgium and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
- Strong storytelling skills to enhance client engagement.
- Influence stakeholders internally and externally to deliver impact.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Responsibilities- Achieve ambitious quarterly business and product growth goals.
- Establish relationships via calls or email marketing; conduct consultations and sales pitches to advise clients on maximizing their Google Ads investment.
- Manage a portfolio of small businesses, understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities, managing risks, and planning quarterly achievements.
- Drive customer growth through excellent sales experience and meeting business and marketing objectives.
